Crosslane was founded in 2016 by three operators who kept hiring consultants and kept being disappointed — smart people, polished decks, and recommendations their teams couldn't run.

So we built the firm we wished we could have hired. Every Crosslane consultant has held an operating role — run a distribution center, carried a freight budget, led a planning function, lived through a botched WMS go-live. It changes what we recommend, how we write it, and how long we stay.

Today we work from Dallas, Rotterdam, and Singapore for manufacturers, retailers, and consumer brands — from mid-market companies buying their first real supply chain strategy to enterprise teams that need an outside operator's eye.
